This package is designed for couples who’ve planned all the details but need a professional to ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day. As your Day-of (Month-of) Coordinator, I’ll handle all logistics, manage vendors, and oversee the timeline, so you can relax and fully enjoy every moment.
What’s Included:
Our wedding planning journey starts six weeks before your big day!
If you booked me earlier, we’ll start with an onboarding call to get everything set up, and then we’ll Schedule your first official brainstorming consultation six weeks before your wedding to dive into the details.
This package includes four consultations to make sure everything runs smoothly. We’ll have our calls on weeks 1, 3, 5, and during wedding week (week 6), plus open communication during business hours in the final week. I’m here to support you however I can! If you ever need extra help, we can always add additional services to your contract for a small fee.
Pre-Wedding Preparation
Onboarding call: We will discuss your vision and wedding details.
Final Consultation: A detailed meeting 6 -2 weeks before the wedding to review all plans, vendor details, and timelines.
Timeline Creation: A comprehensive wedding day timeline to ensure every moment flows seamlessly.
Vendor Coordination: I’ll confirm logistics, timing, and expectations with all vendors before the big day.
Venue Walkthrough: A walkthrough of the venue(s) to finalize layout, setup, and logistics.
Final Details Checklist: Ensuring all elements (like décor, seating charts, and favors) are ready for the big day.
Wedding Day Management
On-Site Coordination: Full-day presence to oversee setup, manage the timeline, and handle any unexpected issues.
Vendor Point of Contact: I’ll communicate with all vendors to ensure they arrive on time, follow the timeline, and deliver as planned.
Guest Assistance: Providing guidance and support for guests, wedding party members, and family as needed.
Décor Setup Oversight: Ensuring all décor is arranged according to your vision, from table settings to ceremony details.
Crisis Management: Addressing any last-minute hiccups or challenges, so you don’t have to.
End-of-Day Wrap-Up: Overseeing cleanup, collecting personal items, and ensuring everything is taken care of.
