Yes, I charge a travel fee for weddings beyond 125 miles from Ingleside, Texas. The travel fee depends on the location, duration of the event, and any accommodations required. For example, if you're requesting rehearsal coordination, accommodations for that day will also be necessary.

A partial or "month-of" wedding planner primarily helps with the final details and execution of your wedding in the month leading up to the big day. This service includes:
Vendor Communication and Coordination: I’ll be the main point of contact for all your vendors, ensuring they’re aware of the timeline and all necessary details.
Timeline Creation: Developing a detailed timeline for the ceremony, reception, and any other events, ensuring everything flows smoothly.
Ceremony Rehearsal Management: I’ll lead the rehearsal and guide the wedding party through the procession and roles.
On-Site Coordination: Overseeing the setup and tear-down of décor, managing the event’s flow, and handling unexpected issues on the day.
Guest Management: Helping with guest arrival, seating arrangements, and managing any last-minute guest list changes.
Logistics Oversight: Ensuring all logistics like transportation, rentals, and catering are on track.
Design Execution: Implementing the couple’s design aesthetic to ensure it’s consistent throughout the event.
What’s not included in this service:
Extensive Vendor Research and Selection: You’ll still handle choosing your vendors.
Budget Management: Budgeting from the start is typically your responsibility.
Detailed Design Concept Creation: While I can offer guidance, the design concept is yours to create.
Managing RSVPs and Guest List Creation: You’ll handle the guest list.

I do not handle wedding dress finding, full wedding design and theme creation, booking every vendor, or complete budget management. While I will assist with design ideas and offer recommendations, the overall theme and vendor bookings are the responsibility of the client.

The 33% retainer is non-refundable. If the event is canceled within 3 months of the wedding, you will not be reimbursed for services rendered or the loss of the event date. If the event is postponed, a new payment schedule will be determined.

Cancellation: If the event is canceled, the retainer is non-refundable.
Postponement: Services will pause until a new date is set. A new payment schedule will be determined based on the updated timeline, and an additional retainer may be required if services resume before full payment of the remaining balance.

If additional time or unplanned services are needed beyond the agreed scope, such as extended event time or extra coordination, it will be billed at $125 per hour with prior consent.

You are responsible for taking care of any property or rentals provided by me. If anything is lost or damaged, you will be liable for the full replacement cost.

In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, I will make reasonable efforts to secure a replacement professional at no additional cost to you.

Yes, I will coordinate with all vendors you have contracted for the event. However, I am not responsible for their performance. Special requests or last-minute changes will be handled within the scope of my services.
